AuthorMachine is the trading name of a sole business registered in Nevada, United States. The course is written and sold under a pen name. That is a deliberate choice, disclosed openly rather than hidden, and it is part of what the course teaches. It does not change your rights: the business behind it is a real registered entity, payments run through Stripe, and the legal business name appears on your card statement's underlying record and on any receipt you request.
A licence to read and use digital material. Two tiers:
Access is delivered by a private link sent to the email address you pay with, and it lasts for one year from purchase. Signed access is refreshed in shorter periods behind the scenes; if a page ever stops opening, the lock page has a "Restore your access" link, and your original emailed link continues to work for the full year.
You may read it, run the tools, adapt them, and use everything you learn in your own business, commercially, without paying anything further. There are no royalties and no attribution requirement.
You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the material itself, in whole or in substantial part, and you may not share your access link. The licence is personal to you, one buyer, and the access link is a credential, not a document.
This course describes what one publishing operation earned, and it publishes those figures because vagueness would be worse. They are a record of what happened, not a projection of what will happen to you. Most people who try this earn little or nothing, which the course says plainly and at length in Module 0, and which is why Module 0 is free to read before you spend anything.
Nothing here is a promise, guarantee, or estimate of income. Your results depend on your own work, judgement, market conditions, and the rules of platforms neither you nor we control. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Retailer policies change, and a method that worked in 2026 may not work later.
Fourteen days, no explanation required. Write to access@authormachine.com from the address you paid with, within fourteen days of purchase, and you get the full amount back.
One honest caveat, stated up front rather than buried: because the kit is downloadable, a refund also ends your licence. Your access is revoked automatically when the refund clears, and you are asked to delete any copy you downloaded. Buying, downloading, and refunding as a way of taking the material for nothing is not a refund; it is theft, and it is the one thing this policy is not for.
After fourteen days, refunds are at our discretion. If something is genuinely broken or not as described, say so and it will be put right or refunded, whichever you prefer.
If you dispute a charge with your bank, access is revoked when the dispute is filed. If you think something is wrong, an email will resolve it faster than a chargeback and costs you nothing.
There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, no third-party analytics script, and no data is sold or shared with anyone for marketing. Ever.

CloudFront-Policy, CloudFront-Signature, CloudFront-Key-Pair-Id: the signed proof that you bought access. Without them the paid pages do not open.am_t: remembers which purchase this browser holds so access can be refreshed without making you find the email again.Write to access@authormachine.com and you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion ends your access, since the access record is the only thing that proves you bought it. Records that must be kept for tax and accounting are kept for as long as the law requires and no longer.
That is the entire list.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability for any claim connected to this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. The material is provided as it is, and while it is written carefully and its tools ship with their own self-tests, it is not warranted to be error free or fit for any particular purpose.
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here on the day you buy, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
